Also, there was some twitty twat thing about a recipe that took not only sausage, but six, yes SIX tablespoons of butter mixed with creme fraiche and pasta. This is enough to make me join the cult that is Twitter. I know, writers and Demi and Ashton do it, but I haven’t drank the Kool-Aid yet. It’s too much pressure. I’m just not that interesting, nor do I have any recipes that require the use of damn near an entire stick of butter. I wish I did…
